Click the link provided or enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to view real-time updates.
You can also log in to your Shazai Herbal Haven account and check the status of your order under My Orders.
Tracking Stages
Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
Dispatched: Your parcel has left our warehouse/agent and is on its way.
In Transit: Your parcel is with the courier and moving through their network.
Out for Delivery: The courier is delivering your parcel today.
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
