Shazai Herbal Haven Exchange Policy

At Shazai Herbal Haven, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, hygiene, and safety.

Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange for an item purchased in-store or online, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of Purchase: An original tax invoice, distributor slip, or online order confirmation must be presented.

  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 15 (fifteen) days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Expiry: The product must not be expired.

  • Returnable Item: Only products classified as exchangeable may be returned. Certain items, due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, are non-exchangeable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it for an exchange within 4 (four) months of purchase. In such cases, Shazai Herbal Haven reserves the right to request photographs and written details describing the defect before processing the exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Products

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or had packaging removed.

  • Personal care or sanitary products.

  • Medicines or items restricted under pharmacy laws.

Online Exchanges

For online orders, customers may arrange exchanges through our online support team or via an authorized Shazai Herbal Haven agent. Reasonable transport or courier costs may be withheld where applicable.

Shazai Herbal Haven Returns Policy

At Shazai Herbal Haven, your satisfaction is important to us. While we take every measure to provide high-quality herbal and wellness products, we understand that you may sometimes wish to return an item.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned in-store or online if the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of Purchase: An original tax invoice, distributor slip, or online order confirmation must be provided.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 15 (fifteen) days of purchase.

  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Expiry: The product must still be within its expiry date.

  • Returnable Item: Only products classified as returnable may be accepted. Certain items are excluded by law for hygiene, sanitary, and health reasons.

Defective Products

If a product is found to be defective, you may return it for a refund, credit, or replacement within 4 (four) months of the purchase date. We may request photographs and written details before processing a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, damaged, tampered with, or had packaging removed.

  • Personal care and sanitary items.

  • Medicines or products restricted by pharmacy laws.

Online Returns

For online purchases, please contact our support team or an authorized Shazai Herbal Haven agent to arrange a return. Please note that reasonable courier or transport fees may be withheld if required.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Processing time depends on your bank and may take up to 10–14 working days to reflect.
