How to Track Your Return
Online Returns
After submitting your return request, you’ll receive a reference number via email or SMS.
Use this reference number to contact our Customer Support Team and check the status.
You can also reply directly to your confirmation email for updates.
In-Store or Agent Returns
Keep your return slip or proof of return provided by the store or distributor.
Contact the store or agent where you returned your item, quoting your slip number.
Processing Times
Returns are usually processed within 5–7 working days after the product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are bank dependent and may take up to 10–14 working days to reflect.
For exchanges, you’ll be notified once your replacement is ready for collection or dispatch.
