I have used Flat Tummy Tea off and on since 2016, and I love this product. I love the abdomen slimming tea, The slimming capsules. They offer so many combinations to help women reach their goals. I’ve consistently used it the last several months & I’ve lost 30 lbs combined with exercise & have great energy. I’m enjoying drinking this tea, I drink it at breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3 cups with 1 tea bag each day. I pour my 3 cups of water into a pot and add my 1 tea bag. Drink 1 cup each when I’m ready during the day. I’ve been in the bathroom at least 4 times a day the first two days I’ve drunk it. This is my 3rd day and with my workout, drinking water, eating lighter and healthier I see a major change in my stomach area. I also feel good!! I feel energetic daily. My workouts are easier and I don’t feel super tired afterwards. I just feel great! I definitely recommend this for anyone that is on the same journey, loosing weight, also eating and feeling better. I was 158 before I started my tea now I’m 152. Just make sure you leave your tea bag inside the pot boiling for about 15 mins or more just really until you see your tea turns brown.
