Modify or Cancel an Order
At Shazai Herbal Haven, we understand that plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Order Modifications
You may update your order (such as changing products, adjusting quantities, or updating delivery details) before the order has been dispatched.
To request a change, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately with your order number.
Once your order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Returns Policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to accept delivery and then initiate a return in line with our Returns Policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days, depending on your bank.
How to Request a Modification or Cancellation

Provide your order number and specify whether you’d like to modify or cancel.
Our team will confirm if your request can be completed based on your order status.
Important Notes
Special-order items, medicines, or restricted products may not be eligible for modification or cancellation once placed.
Shazai Herbal Haven reserves the right to decline modification or cancellation requests if the order has already been dispatched.
