Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of herbal remedies, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or tampered with or products referred to as non-returnable products.

If you received the wrong product or wish to exchange an item that meets our return criteria (sealed and unused), we’re happy to assist. Exchanges are offered based on product availability and must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team with your order number to begin the exchange process.
