During the checkout process, customers are prompted to enter their credit or cheque card details. A 3D Secure page will then appear, where they will need to authenticate themselves with their bank using either a password or a one-time PIN (OTP). Once authenticated, the payment will be processed and reflected in your Payfast or Paystack account. We support the following card payment methods. 3D Secure Payments

3D Secure is a security measure designed to protect customers against credit card fraud when shopping online. The cardholder must register for the service at no additional cost and use a password for authentication when shopping online in the future. The authentication procedure is simple and involves three steps:

1. Enter your debit or credit card information.
2. If the security system is activated for your card, a 3D Secure™ window will open. Your bank will ask you to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. In most cases, this is a single-use security code sent to you by SMS on your mobile phone.
3. Once you enter the correct security code and your payment is accepted, your booking is confirmed.

After three failed authentication attempts, your transaction will be canceled, and a hold will be placed on your card. In this case, you will need to contact your bank.
