Like many users, I was skeptical at first about the whole Moringa bandwagon. However, in December 2022 after being in much pain from feet and ankle problems, I took the dive after watching the Shazai moringa on facebook one night as the pain was so bad that I couldn’t even be on my feet for any length of time without pain. My kids teased me about my ‘kankles’! My cholesterol has also gone down but I can’t say it is totally due to the this juice as I also started taking a statin around the same time. My husband was 1+ years into recovery from a complicated rotator cuff surgery on his shoulder and hadn’t reached 100% recovery even though he was taking Osteo-Biflex. We both started the regimen as directed and remained on this complex with excellent success after 3-4 weeks – my foot pain improved significantly, kankles shrunk, and my husband’s shoulder felt much better and we were able to resume our activities once again. (BTW – he stopped the Osteo-Biflex when we started the juice and hasn’t gone back to it since.) I also gifted some to two friends – one with severe Lupus and another with bad knees and it worked for them as well. My friend with Lupus couldn’t believe how much better she felt after following the regimen. (Unfortunately, due to the cost, I don’t think she continues to take this on a regular basis and you need to be consistent with it. I’ve experimented and not taken it for a few weeks just to be sure it ‘wasn’t all in my head that I felt better’ and within a week noticed the difference without it.) Thus, after realizing this something we wanted to take long-term for overall health benefits, after approximately 3 months on this juice we decided to try to find a more economical brand. until when shazai made a super promotion called buy more for less,- at that time it was R180 for 2 bottles. The taste of Dynamic Health moringa Juice Blend is a little thicker than the official other brands i have tried, but is still very pleasant and the cost-savings are significant (keep checking for sales!). Thank goodness for Facebook I don’t usually recommend products to people nor write reviews, but I sincerely feel This juice is worth a try for anyone who is experiencing chronic pain, neuropathy, etc. and who want to improve their overall health. You are probably spending money on other medicines anyway! I look at it as though it is a few specialty coffees per month but with benefits and no side effects! Do follow the recommended 2-3 spoons 3 times per day for the initial 30 day period depending on pain level, then cut it back to 2 spoons as appropriate. If nothing else, you’ve spent money on a healthy juice!
