How to Start a Return
At Shazai Herbal Haven, we’ve made returning products simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to begin your return:
Step 1: Check Eligibility
- Ensure your item meets our Returns Policy conditions:
- Return within 15 (fifteen) days of purchase.
- Product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Item is still within its expiry date.
- Product is not excluded for hygiene, sanitary, or legal reasons.
Step 2: Prepare Your Proof of Purchase
- Have your original receipt, distributor slip, or online order confirmation ready.
- Keep your valid ID handy as it may be required.
Step 3: Choose Your Return Method
- In-Store or Agent Return: Take the product with proof of purchase to any authorized Shazai Herbal Haven store or agent.
- Online Return: Contact our customer support team through the website or email to arrange a courier collection or drop-off.
Step 4: Submit Details (For Online Returns)
- You may be asked to provide:
- Photographs of the product.
- A short written explanation of the reason for return.
Step 5: Return & Processing
- Once received and inspected, your return will be processed.
- Refunds (if applicable) are bank dependent and may take 10–14 working days to reflect.
- For exchanges, you will be notified when your replacement is ready.
