First of all, I’m a Guy and probably the only male review of this product because it is marketed to men. I did not notice that when I first ordered it. I don’t think that mattered at all though. I had been looking up supplements that would help reduce belly fat and help build ab muscles. SSC (Shazai Slimming Capsules) kept popping up for being good for that, so I decided to give it a try. After finishing this bottle and taking 1/day as suggested on the bottle (give or take a meal here and there) I’ve noticed results in the right direction. I’m in no way a body builder, but with targeted ab workouts and total body training 3x a week for about an hour, I’ve lost a couple of pounds and can begin to see more defined upper abdominals.
